ONLINE FEE ESTIMATION INSTRUCTIONS
Welcome to the City of
The following project types are currently available for online fee estimations:
Project Type
· wrbr - Residential Room Addition
· wrsm - Single Family Dwelling (SFD) – Tract home- Model
· wtio - Tenant improvement (TI) office use only - Office Priority List Tenant improvement – No Planning review required. Eligible office buildings in the Irvine Business Complex and Spectrum as identified in the Office Priority List at the end of the instructions.
STEP 1. Select the project type wrr from the pull down menu, then click “Next Step” to continue.
STEP 2. Enter the following information:
· Enter the project address in the Job Address field (Street address, City and Zip Code).
· Enter the square footage of the project (scope of work) in the “square footage remodel” and “square footage energy imprv” fields for residential remodel .
· Once all input is complete, then click “Next Step”
STEP 3. Your fees have been itemized based on the input provided. Please review for accuracy and completeness. If you need to make any changes or corrections, click on the “Edit Details” button at the bottom of the page and you will return to the previous screen.
If you are satisfied with your input and you are only interested in the fee estimate for budget purposes, you may print out a copy of this report by clicking here.
If you wish to use this fee estimation to submit plans for plan check, click on the “Accept/Print Report” button at the bottom of this page.
